Below is a list of nuisance animals we control.

Raccoons
Raccoons are the most common nuisance animal in Florida. Primarily nocturnal, they love to den in attics while having their litter (usually 3-5 in number). In the process, they can cause severe damage to your property by ripping holes in your roof to gain access. They will chew on wires and contaminate insulation with their waste. They are the No. 1 carrier of rabies and distemper, which threaten both humans and pets. We will trap and remove them.
Squirrels
Squirrels are in the rodent family. They love to nest in attics when having their young. They usually have two litters per year (3-5 young each). They constantly have to chew in order to wear down their ever-growing teeth. They will chew on electrical wires, AC ducts, and wooden rafters in your attic. They can cause significant damage and contamination inside your attic. They also carry mites, ticks and fleas. We will inspect and make recommendations for a program to control and remove them.

Armadillos

Armadillos are expert diggers and cause serious damage to your property. They can dig very large holes in your lawn and under your home. We will trap and remove them.
Opossums
Opossums are a very common Florida animal which carries its young in a belly pouch. They are mostly scavengers which eat almost anything, including garbage and pet food, if left outside. They are mostly nocturnal and feed at night. We will trap and remove them.
Rats and Mice
Rats and mice can enter your property through very small openings. They will chew on almost anything in site, often gaining access to the inside of your house just to contaminate food and leave their waste. They are mostly nocturnal and can keep you awake at night with their constant chewing. They are carriers of many types of diseases. We will inspect and recommend a program to control them.
Wild Hogs
Due to expanded land development throughout Florida, we are seeing more close encounters with wild hogs. These destructive animals are dangerous to humans and pets and cause millions of dollars in property damage each year to land owners. We will inspect and recommend a control program.
Snakes
There are many different species of snakes in Florida, but only a few are venomous. Do you know how to identify which ones are deadly? We do! Be smart – call us! We will catch and remove them.
Coyotes
With no natural enemies, the population of Coyotes has exploded into almost every state in the U.S. In the wild, they primarily eat rodents, rabbits, squirrels, small deer and birds. However, with increased land development, there are more attacks reported on calves, sheep, chickens and sometimes humans and pets. They are known to be carriers of rabies and distemper. We will trap and remove them.
Foxes
Foxes are smart and crafty. We primarily see the grey fox in Northeast Florida, which is relatively small, weighing up to 20 pounds. Their preferred diet consists of small rodents, rabbits, birds – and your chickens. They are known to carry rabies and distemper. We will trap and remove them.
Bobcats
Bobcats in Northeast Florida can weigh up to 30 pounds and feed on rodents, birds and other small animals. They are usually shy around humans unless they have rabies or distemper, at which time they can and have been known to attack humans. We will trap and remove them.
Deer
Florida has an estimated deer population of 850,000. Their average home range is about one square mile, and diets consist of tender leaves, shrubbery, grasses, flowers, fruits and vegetables. When areas become over-populated with deer, they can become a destructive nuisance by over-browsing on farm crops and home landscaping, which cost property owners millions of dollars each year. Deer are also carriers of the deer tick, which is responsible for Lyme disease. We can design a deer management program to fit your specific needs.
Dead Animal Removal
We remove dead animals inside or outside. Do not touch it! It could have rabies or distemper. We will dispose of it safely and properly.
Repairs
Wild animals can cause significant damage to areas of your home. These areas must be repaired properly and made animal-proof. We will inspect and give you an estimate for repairs, including our warranty.
Attic Cleanup and Odor Control
This can be a very unpleasant and painstaking process, but a very necessary one. This is especially true after a nasty animal has lived in your attic and has contaminated it with their waste, food, nesting materials, mites, fleas and bacteria, and damaged your AC ducts and insulation in the process. After all animals are removed, entry points closed and repairs made, we will vacuum all accessible animal waste and debris, and treat the entire attic with an enzyme-based cleaner to break down all biological and organic waste and neutralize those unpleasant odors. We will inspect and offer estimates for this service.
